Close to 90 Flights Associated to Epstein Allegedly Came to or from UK Airports

A review has uncovered that nearly 90 flights connected to the late financier Jeffrey Epstein reportedly touched down at and left British airfields, with some reportedly transporting British women who assert they were abused by the convicted child sex offender.

Aviation Records Uncover Pattern of Travel

These aviation records were among thousands of court documents and files made public by Epstein’s estate that have been released over the previous twelve months. The investigation found 87 aircraft movements tied to Epstein – encompassing many that were not previously known – coming into or leaving from British airfields between the early 1990s and 2018.

Onboard Individuals and Post-Conviction Travel

Unidentified women were recorded among the individuals travelling into and out of the UK. Significantly, 15 of these flights involving the UK occurred after Epstein’s 2008 guilty verdict for soliciting sex from a underage person.

ā€œThis is ā€˜appalling’ that there had never been a ā€˜full-scale UK investigation’ into his activities in the country,ā€ remarked US lawyers acting for hundreds of Epstein victims.

British Victims and Legal Proceedings

Testimony from one of the British victims was instrumental in convicting Epstein’s accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell of child sex-trafficking in the US in 2021. But, that individual has never been contacted by British law enforcement, according to her attorney based in Florida.

In a statement, the Metropolitan police stated they had ā€œnot received any new evidence that would support restarting the probe.ā€ They added, ā€œShould fresh and pertinent information be brought to our attention, encompassing any resulting from the disclosure of documents in the US, we will review it.ā€

Ongoing Disclosure and Legal Rulings

A bill to disclose every document held by the US government in regarding Epstein was approved by the US Congress last month. The US justice department has until 19 December to comply. A vast number of papers are expected to be made public.

Additionally, a US judge ordered last week that the DOJ could disclose evidence from a trafficking prosecution against Maxwell, Epstein’s close friend, who is serving a 20-year jail term over the allegations.
